Q: Which SIM card is compatible with this phone?

A: Only ‘three’ network is not compatible.

Q1: On phone it shows ‘Emergency calls only’.

A1: There is no SIM in or Network problem you will have to contact the network provider.

Q2: How do I turn the SOS function off?

A2: Hold down the SOS key, message will appear: “Are you sure about aborting the SOS call”.  Press OK (left soft key).

Q3: Is this phone compatible with text recognition software?

A3: No.
