A: Battery cover on bottom section of back of phone. \u00a0Long rectangular bar. \u00a0A small screw driver or pin will need to be used in the hole to lever battery cover off.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q1: Are the batteries required to store the numbers?<\/span><\/p>\n

A1:No, batteries only operate ringer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Older version CL100 has BLUE buttons. \u00a0If batteries removed AND line removed this wipes the memory.<\/span><\/p>\n

In newer version buttons ar BLACK. \u00a0Software updated. \u00a0Will retain stored numbers even if batteries removed and line removed.<\/span><\/p>\n
