The LH10 is an amplified hearing assistant equipped with a built-in high-sensitivity microphone which amplifies the ambient sound, allowing an hearing-impaired person to listen and take part in a conversation.
In the T position, the LH10 works as a receiver that captures the magnetic fields generated by the induction loops (located in some movie theatres or conference rooms) and reproduce them as an audible signal.
